Park Plaza

Park Plaza is a ground-up student housing development in Provo, Utah, currently in pre-development stages. The project, located directly across the street from campus, will consist of 119 units and 543 beds with studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom units. The community will feature a fully enclosed indoor pool and oversized hot tub, 3,000 square foot fitness center, business center, student lounge and recreation area, subterranean parking, package locker system, private study rooms and nooks, and ride-share vestibule.
