The Stretch is a 537-bed, 198,254 square foot value-add student housing community located in Lexington, Kentucky, and built in 2009/2011. The property is situated less than a mile from the University of Kentucky and is comprised of seven buildings with floor plans consisting of two and four bedrooms. Academy West Investments is renovating the exteriors, interiors and clubhouse of this project, which currently features a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, gaming and TV/Movie lounge, in-unit washer and dryer, cyber cafe, upgraded stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet and cable, barbeque areas, tanning bed, and half-court outdoor basketball.
