9 and 9

The 9 and 9 is a ground-up student housing development in Provo, Utah, currently in pre-development stages. The project, located directly across the street from campus, will consist of 86 units and 398 beds with studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom units. The community will feature a second-story outdoor piazza with fire pits, barbeques and hammock park, a 3,000 square foot fitness center, a business center, a student lounge, subterranean parking, package locker system, private study rooms and nooks, and a ride-share vestibule.
